2. Information about the collection of personal data

Visit the website

In the case of purely informational use of the website, i.e. if you only visit our website and do not transmit any information to us, we only collect the data that your browser transmits to the web server. The following information is collected automatically:

With each individual call of the Google Maps component, a cookie is set by Google in order to process user settings and data when displaying the page on which the Google Maps component is integrated. As a rule, this cookie is not deleted by closing the browser, but expires after a certain time, unless you delete it manually beforehand.

The information generated by the cookies and comparable technical tools, including the IP address of the users, is processed by Google, so that it is possible to combine the information with other data stored by you at Google.

A transfer to Google contractual partners as well as a data transfer to Google servers in the USA cannot be excluded on our part.

In the case of processing taking place in the USA, there is a risk that an adequate level of protection for the processing of personal data that meets the EU standards of the GDPR cannot be consistently ensured. Google Tag Manager

For reasons of transparency, we would like to point out that we use the Google Tag Manager on our website. The Google Tag Manager is a service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

The Google Tag Manager is a solution with which website operators can integrate and manage so-called website tags via a uniform interface. 5. Security

In order to protect the personal data stored by us from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons, we have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures. The adequacy of the protective measures is continuously reviewed and adapted to new security standards.

On our website, we use TLS (Transport Layer Security) as an encryption method for data transmission. You can recognize this by the fact that an "s" is appended to the address component http:// in the web browser ("https://") or a closed lock symbol is displayed. You have the right to obtain information about the processing of personal data concerning you as well as the information listed in detail in Art. 15 GDPR. If the personal data in question is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that it be corrected or completed (Art. 16 GDPR). If one of the reasons listed in Art. 17 DSGVO applies, you have the right to request the immediate deletion of your personal data. Under the conditions of Art. 18 of the GDPR, you may request the restriction of processing and, pursuant to Art. 20 of the GDPR, data portability.

Under the conditions of Art. 21 DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data violates provisions of the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. with the State Commissioner for Data Protection in Lower Saxony as the competent supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
